These terms govern your use of this pre-launch site (conscious-interactions-landing.web.app) and the waitlist signup. The full Terms of Service for the Conscious Interactions app will be published when the app launches and will replace this notice.
What this site is
This site advertises an upcoming social app focused on personal growth and intentional connection. The site itself does not provide a service beyond letting you read about the app and join the waitlist for launch notifications.
Joining the waitlist
By submitting the waitlist form, you confirm:
- You are at least 16 years old.
- The email address you submit is yours to give us.
- You consent to receiving occasional emails about the launch and major milestones leading up to it. You can ask us to remove you at any time (see the Privacy page).
Joining the waitlist does not create an account, does not guarantee admission to the app, and does not obligate either party to anything beyond the email itself.
Content on this site
The text, images, logo, and design of this site are owned by Conscious Interactions. You may share links to the site and screenshots in good faith (press, social posts, reviews). Republishing or redistributing the site's content for commercial use without permission is not allowed.
No warranty
This site is provided "as is" while the app is being built. Features, copy, timelines, and pricing described here are directional: they may change before launch. We do not guarantee the site will be available without interruption or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conscious Interactions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this pre-launch site. This limitation does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived by contract.
Changes
We may update these terms before launch as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and (for changes that affect waitlist signups already submitted) emailed to the waitlist.
