This page describes how Conscious Interactions handles personal data submitted through the waitlist form on this site. The full privacy policy for the Conscious Interactions app will be published when the app launches.
What we collect
When you submit the waitlist form, we collect:
- The email address you typed.
- A coarse signal of where the signup came from (the page itself) and your browser's locale (e.g.,
en-US,es-MX) so we know which language to use when we email you.
We do not collect names, profile photos, location, IP addresses, contacts, or any other personal data through this form. We do not use cookies for tracking on this site, and we do not embed third-party analytics, ad pixels, or social widgets.
What we use it for
We use your email for one purpose only: to notify you when Conscious Interactions opens, and (rarely) to share major milestones until then. That's it. We don't sell, rent, share, or trade waitlist emails. We don't pass them to advertisers, we don't enrich them, and we never will.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore + Cloud Functions, hosted on Google infrastructure). Firebase processes the data on our behalf under Google's standard data-processing terms.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist emails until the app launches and we've sent you the launch invitation. After that, addresses that haven't converted to active accounts within 12 months will be deleted. You can also ask us to remove your address at any time (see below).
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Confirm whether your email is on the waitlist and tell you everything we have associated with it.
- Correct your email if it's wrong.
- Delete your record entirely. We'll do this within seven days of receiving the request.
To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@conscious-interactions.web.app from the address you signed up with.
Children
The Conscious Interactions app and waitlist are not intended for children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has submitted their email, please contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle waitlist data before launch, we'll update this page and (for material changes) email everyone on the list. The full app privacy policy will replace this notice when the app goes live.
